📖 Introduction
The University of Alberta is one of the oldest universities in Canada, established in 1908 by Henry Marshal Tory and Alexander Cameron Rutherford. It is located in Edmonton, one of the northernmost major cities in the world and is known for producing graduates with the knowledge and skills to be tomorrow’s leaders.
Currently, the university has more than 40,000 students including over 7,000 international students from more than 150 countries around the world. The university offers a wide range of courses and programs for undergraduate and graduate students.
