📖 Introduction
Chung Hua University is a non-profit private university located in Xiangshan District, Hsinchu City, Taiwan. It was formerly known as Chung Hua Polytechnic Institute founded in 1990 by three local Hsinchu entrepreneurs, Ron-Chang Wang, Zau-Juang Tsai and Lin Junq-tzer. The university aimed to provide technological education and promote higher education, while contributing to the development of local industries. Chung Hua University’s core values are to foster a spirit of diligence, integrity, compassion and innovation. The university implemented the universal education of innovation and creation, as students are required to study courses while completing practical projects. This is in line with the view that students will gain strength in innovative thinking to aid their future careers.
Chung Hua University has the first AI+ center, and which bringing the world's latest AI applications to campuses, creating scenarios such as smart access control, smart restaurants, smart retail, and smart buildings, and combining AI with the majors of various colleges and departments to create the application field and customized practical exercises enable students to have a certain level of AI artificial intelligence application capabilities.
