Bachelor's in Medicine

The School of Medicine envisions itself as a center for quality and relevant medical education as evidenced by its programs and services recognized locally and internationally, resulting in the total satisfaction of its customers and other stakeholders around the world. To realize its vision, the School of Medicine is committed to produce quality and compassionate medical practitioners imbued with a social conscience and dedication to the service of God and humanity.

The AUF-SOM was solely affiliated with Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital for the clinical training of students until the establishment of the AUF Medical Center on February 23, 1990. The 125-bed AUFMC is the only private tertiary teaching, training and research hospital in Central Luzon which serves as the base hospital of AUF medical and allied medical students. Acknowledged for their expertise and integrity, the AUF-SOM faculty play an active role in elevating the standards of Philippine medical education through their involvement as accreditors, technical panelists and board specialty examiners. As a result, an increased number of foreign students are now enrolled in the AUF BS Psychology program leading to the degree Doctor of Medicine.

Inspired by the teachings and tradition of the Catholic Church, the Angeles University Foundation envisions to emerge as a Center of excellence in instruction, research, and community extension services in the region and in the global community. AUF is among the best medical universities in the world. It has a sizeable foreign student population, with enrollees from India, China, Korea and the United States, among others. Angeles University envisions becoming a center of excellence in instruction, research, and community extension services in the country and in the global community.

AUF today operates in four strategically located campuses. It has a total of 87 classrooms, 46 different laboratories, 74 dormitory rooms, 26 discussion rooms and several Internet and audio-visual labs.
