Master's in Food Science (MBA/MS)

Offered in conjunction with the Schmid College of Science and Technology students may complete an MBA and MS in Food Science simultaneously. The program is designed for students who currently work in, or intend to move into, the food manufacturing and/or food production industries. The dual degree gives a food scientist the competitive advantage required to advance up the corporate chain of command and into management-level opportunities. The program is STEM designated and offers international students the chance for an extension of two years post-completion of optional practical training (OPT) work in the United States following graduation.
