Master's in Data Analytics for Business and Society

This course is primarily aimed at students with a background in economics and business studies, who have a keen interest in quantitative methods and the mass use of data to maintain and increase the competitive advantage of a company, while also emphasising the aggregate economic impact. You will acquire data processing skills to interpret and analyse complex phenomena in the fields of economics, strategy, marketing, human resources, finance, accounting and social sciences in general. 

Choose between two study paths, "Business Application" and "Fintech and Bigtech". Both options share the same quantitative training, rooted in information technology, artificial intelligence learning methods, statistical learning methods, and mathematical optimisation methods to support decision-making and risk analysis

Founded on August 6, 1868 as the “Scuola Superiore di Commercio” (Advanced School for Commerce), Ca' Foscari was the first Italian institution to deal with advanced education in Business and Economics. The original main office is still found in the grand gothic palace “volta de canal” (on the bend of the Grand Canal), in the heart of Venice.
