In the Faculty of Applied Chemistry for Environment, about 50% of lectures are given in English, and there are also courses taught in English by foreign faculty members, creating a curriculum that is in line with globalization. The curriculum is based on a quarter system to allow students to study abroad for a short period of time, and admission in October and graduation in September are also available for students who have studied abroad or for international students. In addition, each student is assigned to a laboratory in the Departmen of Applied Chemistry for Environment, where they engage in their own research under the supervision of a supervisor and write a graduation thesis (master's thesis).
