Humber’s Film and Television Production program is a hands-on media production training program. Since 1968, our program has been training students in a wide variety of media production techniques encompassing all production stages - from development to delivery. Ours is a learn-by-doing system where professors guide and mentor students in the art of visual storytelling, employing industry standard practices while embracing innovations in an ever-evolving media landscape. In our program you will: fine tune film and TV production abilities using industry-standard production equipment in large, well-equipped studios and state-of-the-art video and audio editing suites gain valuable experience in every aspect of production including scriptwriting, lighting, direction, shooting, post-production, distribution and exhibition complete your education with training in business and marketing, opportunities to connect with industry professionals, and a final-semester work-integrated learning placement premiere your work at high-profile program showcase screenings Films produced in this program have screened at film festivals all over the world. Notable graduates include producer Frank Siracusa, scriptwriter Noelle Carbone, cinematographer Rob Scarborough, just to name a few.
