Humber’s Film and Television Production program is a hands-on media production training program. Since 1968, our program has been training students in a wide variety of media production techniques encompassing all production stages - from development to delivery. Ours is a learn-by-doing system where professors guide and mentor students in the art of visual storytelling, employing industry standard practices while embracing innovations in an ever-evolving media landscape. In our program you will: fine tune film and TV production abilities using industry-standard production equipment in large, well-equipped studios and state-of-the-art video and audio editing suites gain valuable experience in every aspect of production including scriptwriting, lighting, direction, shooting, post-production, distribution and exhibition complete your education with training in business and marketing, opportunities to connect with industry professionals, and a final-semester work-integrated learning placement premiere your work at high-profile program showcase screenings Films produced in this program have screened at film festivals all over the world.
