This online master’s programme has been designed to include a wider strategic, financial, and operational context of managing people, and gives the knowledge needed to thrive as a modern day global HR practitioner. It is suitable for those at the start of their HR career, or those who have been working in the field and are looking to progress to the next level.

Course Requirements:

• • For students whose prior learning was not taught in English
• • IELTS 6.5 (no less than 6.0 in any element); or TOEFL iBT 90; or equivalent
• • Alternatively, evidence you have previously studied in English; a letter to show that the Medium of Instruction was in English can be accepted
• • We also offer an internal English test for applicants who are unable to provide an English Proficiency letter. More information on this can be found here.
• • We are happy to consider an application from you if you can show us you have the motivation to study this course. 
• • We’ll ask you for a personal statement that demonstrates your ability to study the course. We may also want references and evidence of relevant experience.
