It provides you with the knowledge and tools to reconcile business objectives with applicable legal rules and ethical considerations. The programme comprises 60 credits. Central to the programme are current themes in international and European commercial law with business perspectives. The programme consists of joint, advanced level courses that are mandatory to all students. The independent choice of a topic for a Master thesis in the Master thesis course (15 credits) leads to particular in-depth learning concerning that topic.
The programme studies the focus areas of international and European commercial law with integrated elements of international business. During the first course, the focus areas are introduced in order to create a common basic understanding of the subject content and of the theoretical and methodological orientation of commercial law. In later courses, the studies are deepened through a combination of traditional teaching, theoretical and methodological studies, and joint interdisciplinary cases/projects. The programme concludes with a degree project, which is presented in a thesis. The thesis is written in pairs, with the two students having, as far as possible, an educational background in different main fields of studies. The thesis may be based on a project work in collaboration with an external party and/or link to current research in the field.

You can choose to live on campus or off campus in private accommodation.

Register when you arrive - its not possible to reserve a room before arriving. You can arrive a few days before and book it

The first steps are to choose the programs, pay the application fee and upload the application documents.
Once submitted to Global Admissions, we will review your application within 2-3 days and proceed to the university or ask you for further clarification
After it has been processed to the university you will receive your unique application ID from each university.
The university may contact you directly for further questions.
We will then follow up each week with the university for updates. As soon as there is any update we will let you know. If you have made other plans, decide to withdraw / change address at any time please let us know.
After you have been accepted you will receive your admissions letter electronically and asked to pay the non-refundable deposit to the university.
Once you have paid the deposit the university will issue you the admissions letter and visa form to your home country.
