For path 02 (intensive): candidates are normally admitted in the fall term. For the two summer semesters provided for in the course, a specific timetable is designed to allow the subject to be assimilated at an accelerated pace. In general, lessons are given from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. During the fall and winter terms, students will progress at the same pace as those in the regular stream. Thus, they will complete their baccalaureate in the summer term (sixth session) two years later. They will then enter the job market one year earlier than their colleagues in the regular path. Candidates who would like to start the intensive course in a semester other than the fall semester are asked to contact the program director. Path 03 (cooperative) allows students to advance three terms per year over a period of three years and benefit from eight to twelve months of paid internships. The path was developed in consultation with employers regarding the duration of internships and their prerequisites. Before doing their first internship, students will have obtained a sufficient number of credits and they will be able to apply their skills. This path offers several advantages, both academically and financially. The University helps students to take the necessary steps to find their internships. The latter will enter the labor market at the same time as the graduates of the regular path, but they will have acquired eight to twelve months of relevant work experience. In addition, the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) could recognize them for up to eight (8) months of this experience for the purposes of the twenty-four-month internship required to obtain the professional title. Candidates who would like to start the cooperative program in a semester other than the fall semester are asked to contact the program director. The international path (04) allows students to acquire an enriching experience abroad in their second year of studies and to validate it by enrolling in the diploma.
