The curriculum focuses on the development of thinking and tools in D&I (diversity and inclusion) management, rooted in humanities and social sciences. We study cultural theories, social psychology, management and organizations, with a strong focus on interpretative and qualitative methods. In particular, the curriculum and learning activities develop your applied and critical reflection skills which help you to address today’s major diversity topics and sustainable development challenges, ranging from privilege and marginalization to global crises.
