We want to ensure your satisfaction on our platform. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund policy to understand when refunds are applicable and when they are not. Students who use the Global Admissions platform are bound to our refund policy and terms and conditions.

You are entitled to a Full Refund under these following conditions:

  • You make a double payment accidentally in the system.

You are entitled for a Partial Refund under these following conditions:

  • If you decide to withdraw or cancel your application before we submit your application to the University.Refund amount: 90% of the application fee will be refunded. The service fee is non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

Your application has already been processed and submitted to the university.

In case any of the situations mentioned below:

  • Delay caused by late reply and no response We will make sure to review all applications and share our feedback with students. However, any deadline missed caused by the applicants’ lateness or lack of response, or purposely submitting wrong documents multiple times are not our responsibility. We won’t be able to provide any refund if your application has been withdrawn from our system due to lateness or no response.

  • The application is made within 10 days of the deadline We recommend students apply at least 20 days before the program deadline to allow you enough time to prepare your documents for the application, and for us to review and submit your complete application to the University. However, if you decide to apply too close to the deadline, we suggest you use our Priority Service so your application can be processed on priority basis. We will not be responsible for any delay caused by late submission from the students’ side. Please note that all of the application deadlines mentioned on our platform are based in China’s time zone (GMT+8).

  • Program was canceled or changed by the University Global Admissions is a public-minded online platform. We collected information about universities over the years and summarized it on our platform so students can have easy access to universities. However, in some cases, universities may make slight changes to their programs every year, or they may also cancel programs at the last minute if there are not enough students who applied for that program. If the program you are applying for is canceled by the universities, we can offer a free transfer of an already-paid application fee towards an application for a new program.

  • Difficulties caused by special nationalities Our platform is for international students only and not domestic students. Universities are especially strict about applicants who possess a citizenship or dual citizenship or either parent has certain citizenship. This question is included in our application system. Please answer it accurately, and we will review your case and give you suggestions accordingly. We cannot offer refunds if you deliberately give false information about your nationality status. Students who hold local nationality will have to go through a different application process than the international students. There are also some other nationalities that may not be able to apply for certain programs.
  • Visa expiration If you are currently in the country you are applying to and want to apply to university in the same country, please make sure your visa is valid for at least another 30 days before you apply to any programs on our platform  Please also be specific about the visa type and times of renewal of the visa you are holding right now. Global Admissions does not responsible and/or handle any visa application matter. If you require fast assistance on application, we recommend our Priority Service, so we can process your application on a priority basis. If you are applying within 30 days we recommend applying to the university directly.

Special Note for Guaranteed and Elite Service Students:

If you are a student enrolled in our Guaranteed or Elite service, we have the refund policy outlined in your service agreement. We encourage you to review the specific terms and conditions mentioned in that agreement to understand the refund process that applies to your situation.

Application Transfer

When in the case of a late application (you applied after the deadline); or the program you applied for is canceled by the University, we can offer a free transfer of an already-paid application fee towards a new application. This way, you don’t need to pay again (unless there’s a fare difference); and your fee and documents will be transferred to a new application of a new program that you applied for.
