Eligibility
Bachelor’s Applicants
- Must have a High School Diploma equivalent to the Italian “Maturità” (at least 12 years of schooling).
- English proficiency (TOEFL IBT 80/120, IELTS 6.0, or equivalent B2 certification) or proof of studying in English for at least one academic year.
- Must take an admission test based on the program:
- Business Economics (BE) & Business Analytics for Management (BAM): LIUC Admission Test (Online and in English upon request).
- Admission Test Sessions: March 28, May 6, June 10, July 17, 2025
- Management Engineering: TOLC-I Exam (can be taken remotely or in-person at an accredited university).
- SAT (1150+ score, with Math 500+) or ACT (23 composite score) can be substitutes for the LIUC Admission Test and TOLC-I.
- Business Economics (BE) & Business Analytics for Management (BAM): LIUC Admission Test (Online and in English upon request).
Master’s Applicants
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, obtained after at least 15 years of education.
- English proficiency at B2 level (TOEFL IBT 80/120, IELTS 6.0, or equivalent).
- Must meet program-specific curricular and quality requirements.
- If a visa is required, applicants must submit a pre-evaluation request on sol.it before enrolling via the Universitaly portal.
- Visa required documents:
- For students who have already graduate: A certified copy of the final secondary education qualification (minimum 12 years of schooling) with a Declaration of Value or Statement of Verification (CIMEA).
- For all applicants: Transcripts from the last two years of study.
- Visa required documents:
PhD Applicants
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- No tuition fees; scholarship of €20,400/year.
- English proficiency and academic excellence required.

Application Timeline:
- Pre-enrollment: November 15, 2024 – June 15, 2025
- Direct Enrollment: Opens from July 1, 2025, and continues until December 19, 2025, as long as places are available.

LIUC Application Process
For Bachelor’s Programs
- Choose your program and check the admission requirements.
- Collect all required documents.
- Register and take the admission test (if applicable).
- Email the required high school documents and the results of any recognized tests to [email protected] or submit them through Global Admissions.
- LIUC will review the admission requirements.
- If everything meets the requirements, LIUC sends an Admission Letter and activates the pre-enrolment option based on the passed LIUC Admission Test or on the SAT (or another recognized test).
- Complete the pre-enrolment form online.
- You need to pay a €1,000 deposit (this amount is deducted from the first tuition fee installment and is refundable in case of visa refusal).
- If a visa is required, apply through Universitaly.
- Receive visa issuance through the Italian Consulate in your country.
- Confirm acceptance and complete enrollment via the LIUC portal.
For Master’s Programs
- Choose your program and check the admission requirements.
- Collect all required documents.
- Apply online via sol.it or through Global Admissions.
- If you come from the EU, submit a pre-evaluation request on liuc.it or through Global Admissions.
- If you are not from EU and require a VISA, submit a pre-evaluation request on liuc.it under the ‘Visa Applicants’ process or through Global Admissions.
- If admitted, submit your pre-enrolment application on the Universitaly.
- If everything meets the requirements, LIUC sends an Admission Letter and activates the pre-enrolment option.
- Complete the pre-enrolment form online.
- Receive visa issuance through the Italian Consulate in your country.
- Confirm acceptance and complete enrollment via the LIUC portal.

University Hall of Residence
- Private studio rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

- Study rooms, fitness center, relaxation and entertainment areas.
- Wi-Fi throughout the residence.
- Check-in deposit required (€3,000, refundable upon departure).

Scholarships
LIUC provides financial aid and scholarship opportunities to support students in their academic journey. The Service for the Right to Education offers various economic interventions to help students, particularly those with financial need, in completing their studies.
- Complete Exemption from Fees and Contributions: Available to students who meet specific income indicators (ISEE up to €26,306 and ISPE up to €57,187 for the 2024/25 academic year) and merit requirements (minimum high school diploma grade of 70/100 for first-year students, with credit requirements in subsequent years).
- Housing and Meal Contributions: Financial support for accommodation at the Carlo Pomini Residence Hall and campus catering services.
- Scholarships for Professional Athletes: Special programs for students excelling in sports.
- Merit-Based Reductions: Tuition fee reductions based on academic performance.
- Special Initiatives - "The Choice That Rewards You": Fee reductions of up to €3,500 for students meeting merit/income requirements.
- Internship and Thesis Grants: Financial aid for students engaging in research projects or internships.
