The Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA (TIEMBA) program achieved impressive results in the QS Executive MBA Rankings 2023. This year, the dual degree secured the 2nd position globally in the Joint Programs list.

This marks TIEMBA’s highest achievement in the QS EMBA Rankings to date, climbing two spots from last year.

The TIEMBA program has excelled in multiple ranking indicators.

It holds the top position globally in Thought Leadership, and the second spot for both Career Outcomes,  and Employer Reputation. These rankings  reflect the outstanding academic reputation of the school and the significant achievements in empowering its graduates for career development.

The impressive scores achieved in each indicator highlights the strengths of the TIEMBA program partnership. For Academic Reputation, it received a perfect score of 100, reaffirming its leading position in the academic community. In the Employer Reputation indicator, a score of 99.2 further showcases the program’s ability to cultivate graduates with innovative capabilities that are in demand by top global companies. In Career Outcomes indicators, the score was 93.3 for salary increases one year after graduation and 89.9 for promotion rates one year after graduation. These scores demonstrate the significant progress made by the program’s graduates in their professional careers.

Furthermore, the TIEMBA program performed well in the Diversity indicator, with a score of 92.7 for the Non-Male Representation, with females making up 51.4% of the student body, further reflects the program’s ongoing efforts and achievements in gender equality.

The QS World University Rankings, a global higher education research institution, released the 7th edition of the QS Executive MBA Rankings. With a total of 227 EMBA programs from 49 regions, it is the largest and most internationalized EMBA ranking list by QS to date.

Since its inclusion in the QS Joint programs category in 2019, the TIEMBA program has consistently ranked among the top five globally for five consecutive years. The program will continue to focus on cultivating senior managements’ talents with a focus on global perspectives and sustainable leadership, enabling them to make greater contributions to corporate development and global business innovation.

The program was jointly launched by Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management and INSEAD in 2007, and has successfully held 16 sessions, attracting more than 600 students from 49 countries around the world.

In 2018-2022, the program carried out a comprehensive reform and upgrade, forming a new curriculum that centers on four dimensions, “Global Insights”,  “China In-depth”,  “Business Fundamentals” and “Future Thinking”,  which integrate global visions with Chinese business practices, leading students to grow into business leaders who cultivate innovative consciousness and corporate social responsibility.
