The JRCERT-accredited Bachelor of Science in radiologic sciences at McNeese incorporates anatomy, physiology, positioning and radiographic techniques to equip you to successfully perform a range of tests while minimizing hazardous risks involved with equipment that uses radiation. You’ll also be prepared to explore advanced specialties and qualify for several professional certifications and licensures.
After completing the bachelor’s degree program at McNeese, you can apply to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) national certification exam in radiography, which also serves as the state license exam for the Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners. With a radiography certification, you can broaden your expertise and earn credentials in another area of radiologic technology. You may also be eligible to sit for specialized certification exams in post-primary clinical areas such as mammography or cardiac interventional radiography.

days and proceed to the university or ask
you for further clarification
After it has been processed to the university you will receive
your unique
application ID from each university.
The university may contact you directly for further questions.
We will then follow up each week with the university for updates.

If you have made other plans, decide to withdraw / change
address at any
time
please let us know.
After you have been accepted you will receive your admissions
letter
electronically and asked to pay the non-refundable
deposit to the university.
Once you have paid the deposit the university will issue you the
admissions
letter and visa form to your home country.
